Although there can be other things you want to have in your lease, these headings must be present.

- Term of the tenancy
- Rent Deposits and fees
- Repairs and maintenance
- Entry to rental property
- Restrictions on illegal tenant activity
Don’t forget to add a section on appliances in your deal to ensure the maintenance of items is taken care of by the landlord.
