This policy applies to digital products purchased through the Apartment Notes website.
Refund eligibility
Digital product purchases are generally non-refundable unless applicable law gives you a right to a refund.
You may request a discretionary refund within 14 days of purchase. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval.
Your mandatory consumer rights remain in place, including applicable withdrawal rights and remedies for defective or misdescribed products.
Exceptions to withdrawal rights for digital downloads may apply where you have expressly consented.

Contact Apartment Notes at ericbranston@apartmentnotes.com with your order reference, product name, and the reason for your request.
If a file will not open or your download is unavailable, describe the problem so we can help. Please do not send full card details.
Payment and refund processing
Our checkout is provided by Paddle, our authorised reseller and merchant of record. Its Buyer Terms and Refund Policy also apply to the transaction, including discretionary refund decisions.
You can also request assistance using the support link in your receipt or buyer support.
After approval
Eligible refunds are normally processed to the original payment method within 14 days of approval. Access to the refunded product ends.
Retailer purchases
Products bought from other retailers through our affiliate links follow that retailer’s return policy.
