Eric writes and manages Apartment Notes with help from friends, real estate professionals, and experienced contributors.

The team draws on first-hand experience, professional knowledge, careful research, and feedback from clients and industry contacts. The goal is simple: explain apartment living in clear language and share ideas people can actually use.

If you notice an error or something that deserves clarification, contact Eric at ericbranston[at]apartmentnotes[dot]com.

Useful

Advice should solve a real problem, answer a real question, or help make a room work better.

Approachable

Good design and reliable apartment guidance should be understandable without specialist knowledge.

Considered

We aim for accurate, well-researched information and continually improve articles when better information emerges.
